Airline reservations & #Ticketing professionals / Travel Counselors (Males / Females) are required for the contact center and the operation of a well-known online Kuwaiti Travel Agency
Location: #Maadi, #Cairo
Job Type: Full Time (9 hours including 1 hour break)
#Job Requirements:
*Graduates only.
– #Galileo system knowledge is a #must
*if not experienced in Galileo then an experience at least 1 year is a must on #Sabre or #Amadeus
– Fluent English (spoken and written).
– Experience in call centers and/or travel agency is mandatory.
– Strong computer skills.
– Ability to organize, multitask, priorities, work under pressure and rotational shifts.
– One day off
– Committed for at least 1 year (No Military … etc.).

– Very Good communication skills.
– Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
– Presentable, Bold and diplomatic character.
– Ability to work within a big team and meet tight deadlines
– Negotiation skills, attention to details and problem solving.
– ensure client satisfaction by actively listen and offering specialized advice and alternative options.
– Ambitious, self-confident & willing to learn
Salaries are starting from 4500 EGP up to 6800 EGP / Month
Higher Salaries will be evaluated based on experience & interview
